Congo (Democratic Rep. of Kinshasa) Visas

Please send us the following:

STEP 1 - PASSPORT

• Please enclose your valid passport.
  
• Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you intend to exit from Congo (Dem. Rep. of Kinshasa).
  
• Your passport should have two completely blank pages for your visa. (Please note: pages 22-24 are Amendment pages & are not considerable for Visas. The Congo (Dem. Rep. of Kinshasa) Embassy will not place a Visa on these pages.)

STEP 2 – VISA APPLICATION

Please print and fill out two Congo (Dem. Rep. of Kinshasa) Visa Applications and sign prior to sending.

EMBASSY FEE:
The processing time is 4 business days (regular processing). 24 hour processing is available for double the Embassy fee.

$75 per visa - 1 month Single Entry visa
$140 per visa - 2 month Single Entry visa
$190 per visa - 3 month Single Entry visa
$264 per visa - 6 month Single Entry visa

$120 per visa - 1 month Multiple Entry visa
$180 per visa - 2 month Multiple Entry visa
$220 per visa - 3 month Multiple Entry visa
$360 per visa - 6 month Multiple Entry visa

(Visas are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, with a maximum stay of 1-6 months (*as specified in invite letter) per entry.)

**The Consulate will make the final determination on the validity of the visa and the length of stay allowed.

TL TRAVEL FEE:
These fees are not included in the Embassy Fee, and the fees are per applicant.

For TOURIST or BUSINESS Visas:
$45: regular processing
$90: 24 hour processing

**The processing time counts from the day the application is submitted to the Consulate. Saturdays, Sundays and consulate scheduled holidays do not count as processing days.

STEP 3 - PHOTOS

Please enclose two 2 x 2 passport photos with your application.

STEP 4 - SUPPORT

Support is documentation(s) confirming your trip and the reasons for your visit. Support is slightly different if you are traveling for Business or as a Tourist. You will need to provide copies of the following:

FOR TOURIST VISAS –

• A confirmed Flight Itinerary.
• A notrarized letter of invite from a host or friend in the Dem. Republic of Congo (Kinshasa).
• And a Certificate showing your vaccination of Yellow Fever.

FOR BUSINESS VISAS –

• All of the above, PLUS
• A letter from your company on company letterhead, signed by a senior manager, stating the purpose of your trip, to what organization, the length of stay, your lodging accomodations, and a financial guarantee from your company.

FOR NON-U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS (proof of your US status) -

• A copy of your valid Green Card, front and back, OR
  
• A copy of your valid U.S. visa.
