Passport Renewal

Warning! If you have already applied for a passport using the Post Office or the U.S. Government, we will not be able to assist you in expediting your process. Please contact 1-877-487-2778 or click here for assistant on the status of your application.

STEP 1 - RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

In order to renew your passport you must:

1. Submit your most recent passport (it CAN NOT be damaged)
2. Your most recent passport must be in your name.
3. Your most recent passport must be less than 5 years old.
4. Your most recent passport was issued when you were 16 years old or older.
5. Your most recent must be a 10 year book.

STEP 2 – FILL OUT A DS-82 FORM

Please complete the online renewal application. Print and sign the application before sending to it to TL Travel.

STEP 3 - PASSPORT PHOTOS

We will need two 2 x 2 passport photos.

Passport photos are available at most FedEx/Kinkos or Walgreens/CVS locations.
Please note: acceptable passport photos are:

• Photographs must be 2 x 2 inches in size, taken within the past 6 months.
• The image size from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head should be between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches.
• The photographs must be in color.
• They must be full face, front view with a plain white or off-white background.
• Photographs should be taken without a hat or headgear that obscures the hair or hairline.
• Dark glasses or nonprescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons.
• Home made Digital photographs are not acceptable.

STEP 4 – PROOF of DEPARTURE

This is required ONLY if you wish to expedite your new passport processing by using Express or Rush processing, you must provide an itinerary or airline ticket showing your departure date departing 5 days from the day of your application.

If you do not have an itinerary, we can obtain one for you.  Please contact customer service at support@tltravel.net.

STEP 5 – LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

Please print and sign TWO Letters of Authorization, which will allow TL Travel to expedite your passport on your behalf.

STEP 6 – ORDER FORM

Please fill out our order form before returning your documents to TL Travel.

STEP 7 – FEE & PAYMENTS

You will need the following Payments:

- $135 to the “U.S. Department of State(Please Note: if you do not wish to pay this fee with a check/money order, you can choose to pay it along with the processing & shipping fee together on your credit card.)
*Write applicant's full name and date of birth on the check or money order.
*All personal checks must show a printed address.
*Do not cross out and rewrite any information on the check.
*Temporary or starter checks are not acceptable.
