In any case where your application or request is rejected or denied by the U.S. State Department or Embassy/Consulate, our service fees are Non-Refundable. Most Embassies/Consulates will retain the fees paid to them when the application is rejected. In which case, the Embassy/Consulate fee will also be Non-Refundable.

PASSPORT FEES:
$43: 15 business days (3 weeks processing)
$83: 10 business days (2 weeks processing)
$120: 5 business days (1 week/EXPRESS processing)
$170: RUSH (24 HRS processing)

VISA FEES:
Different countries consist of different Consulate and Service fees. Please click on the Visas link & go to your corresponding country to find out the processing fee for your Visa.

IF YOUR VISA APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $15.00 (PER APPLICATION) FOR US TO COMPLETE YOUR FORM(S) ON YOUR BEHALF.

**IMPORTANT: If you are requesting for SAME DAY service on your passport, your documents MUST reach our office no later than 8:15 AM central time.

And if you need Same Day processing on your visa, we MUST receive your application in our office before 10:00 AM central time.

This process means that you should receive your passport or visa the following business day. (We recommend you send your documents via FedEx FIRST Overnight to ensure that it will get processed in time.)

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:
$23 per address: up to 4 applicants
$28 per address: 5 to 7 applicants
$38 per address: 8+ apllicants and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery—regardless the # of applicants
$70 per address: FIRST OVERNIGHT delivery—regardless the # of applicants

**Please Note: You are welcome to send your own air-bill or have a courier deliver and pick up your documents from our office should you choose not to use our shipping service.

	We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% or $3 charge, whichever is greater. We also accept money orders, company and personal checks payable in U.S. dollars only and made out to TL TRAVEL. Please keep in mind that personal checks will take up to 5 business days to clear, therefore, we do not recommend using this form of payment for any Rush processing of your Passports or Visas. **Starter/Temporary checks will not be accepted. **We will not ship out your documents until your personal check has cleared. The charge for returned checks are $30.00 per check.

**NOTE: The processing time counts from the day the application is submitted to the Passport Agency/Embassy/Consulate.

The Embassy/Consulate Officials will be the one to determine the actual validity of your Visa.

Saturdays, Sundays and Government or Embassy/Consulate scheduled holidays will not count as processing days.
