TL TRAVEL is only an expediting company that can help you, the user of this site, obtain your Passport/Visa in a quicker manner as opposed to you going through the U.S. Government. Only Government/Embassy/Consulate Officials hold the right to determine the actual length of time it will take to obtain your requested service and the actual length of time (validity) your documents are good through. The U.S. Passport Agency reserves the right to prioritize the processing of passports according to the urgency of the applicants' given travel date(s). In some cases, a Government Official might decide you must provide addition information, or appear in person for an interview before they will issue the document requested and you, solely, will hold the responsibility of providing the requested additional documentation or setting up that interview appointment. In which case, this might cause a delay to your trip and TL TRAVEL will not be responsible for such delays in such circumstances.

[INFORMATION]
Even though TL TRAVEL will strive to provide you with the most current and up-to-date information regarding Passport Agency and Embassy/Consulate regulations and policies, please be advised that TL TRAVEL will not promise that the information on our website is the most current and accurate information. In choosing to use our service, you acknowledge that the information given does not necessarily contain inaccuracies or errors. You also acknowledge that the information provided on our website will and can be altered without prior notice.

[AMENDMENTS]
Your Passport and Visas are issued by the Government or Foreign Government Officials, therefore TL TRAVEL are not responsible for any mistakes made on their behalves. If the errors are at our fault, we will immediately take the steps needed to get the error corrected before shipping out your document(s) to you. You are responsible for checking your documents upon recipience for any errors in names, dates, passport numbers, validity, entries, type of visa, etc. Please contact us immediately upon noticing these errors so that we can discuss the steps needed to amend such errors.

[CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS]
You are responsible to pay any due fees prior to the processing of your documents. No finished passports, visas or documents will be returned until the total balance of your invoice is paid off. TL TRAVEL will not be held responsible for any refunds or compensations of any Government or service fees of any sort if the cancelation occurs after the processing of your documents. There are, at times, unavoidable circumstantial issues that may arise that are out of our control, such as, but not limited to, sudden or unannounced Embassy/Consulate closers, system failure at any Government office making it hard for them to issue your service requested, the inavailability of a Government Official present at the Passport Agency or Embassy/Consulate to sign your document(s), delays of the delivery of your documents with any airline/courier service chosen (IE: FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) due to bad weather or technical problems with that service. Therefore, TL TRAVEL will not be liable for any such circumstances, and therefore, shall not be held responsible to provide any refund of fees paid unto these services. Also, in most cases, once your application has been submitted to the Government/Embassy/Consulate Official, they will retain the fee paid unto them if you should decide upon pulling or canceling your Passport or Visa request. TL TRAVEL is not liable for returning such lost fees. If your trip has been postponed or changed while your request is still in processing, some Embassies/Consulates will require additional fees to amend the changes for you in your Passport/Visa. You are responsible for paying the due fees before your Passport or Visa can be completed. In any case of a rejection of your requested services due to inaccurate information given on our behalf, and only on our sole behalf, there will be a refund of only 50% of the service fees paid. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds of any sort.

[SHIPPING]
TL TRAVEL uses FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, LoneStar and any other commercial courier services for our shipping needs and are therefore, bound to their terms and conditions. Any losses or damages of any documents or products while they are in your possession or in transit with any commercial shipping company shall not be TL TRAVEL's responsibilty, therefore, TL TRAVEL will not be liable for any payments or fees of such losses or damages. We adamantly encourage any client(s) to use a courier service that can provide real-time tracking numbers to ensure the safe delivery of your important documents. TL TRAVEL will not warrant any shipping companies' claims to their quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, or any other claims. Any complaints or comments due to faults or mistakes occuring upon the courier service with the shipping or delivery of your package(s) should be directed towards that service and not TL TRAVEL.

[INDEMNIFICATION]
With the use of this website, you will agree to indemnify TL TRAVEL, all of its affiliates, its employees, agents, and any other partners, holding such subsidiaries unobjectionable from any liability, losses, claims, demands, including any attorney fees.

[DISCLAIMER]
Keep in mind that any use of this website is by your own will and risk. You are solely responsible for any loss occuring from the use of this website from downloading or relying on the information, material or services provided or obtained with your use of this site. You will also agree that, by using this site, you will waive any potential claims against TL TRAVEL, and you will not hold TL TRAVEL liable for any losses and/or damages steming from or after the use of this website. TL TRAVEL reserves the right to refuse any service, at any time, to anyone due to, but not limited to:
-If we feel that the above mentioned terms of service has been or is being violated

Insufficient time being given to obtain your Passport/Visa;
-Insufficient information being given on the applicant(s) part; or
-Payment has not been received for the service requested.

TL TRAVEL will hold no liability to you, the user of this website, in any event of the terms of our service not being suitable to your standards.
